New! Now Tracking Hours and Mileage

After a number of users requested it, BeanCounter now lets you track time spent during a visit and the mileage driven to get to the site.

The last panel on each visit record now has fields for entering hours and mileage. The hours field is automatically calculated based on when you started and completed the visit – but you can change it to whatever you want.

The manager’s Staff report shows the hours and mileage for each visit and a total for each staff member. If you pay for time spent and/or reimburse for mileage driven, this should make your life a lot easier!
